Justin Wadstein and his wife Liza started their mobile pizza business in 2017 bringing fresh wood fired pizza to local pop ups, private events, and festivals. With 20 years of pizza making experience , Justin has a passion for the craft and enjoys experimenting with new flavors and improving his own recipes. After years spent gaining experience and valuable knowledge in pizza places owned by his own relatives, and then as a GM for Pizza My Heart, Justin was excited to embark on his own creative venture. Liza, Justin, and newest team member Matt Driscoll have a combined 60 years of pizza making and food service experience. Their pizza dough is organic and made from a 22 year old sourdough bread starter.
