Were you lucky enough to explore, innovate and create at the Second Annual Santa Cruz Mini Maker Faire?

The event was held April 29, 2017 from 10am-5pm at Gateway School in Santa Cruz.

Driving and Parking

We strongly encourage Mini Maker Faire attendees to walk, bike or take public transportation to the Mini Maker Faire.

FREE Offsite parking was available at 2155, 2161, and 2300 Delaware St! We ran three shuttles non-stop from 9am to 6 pm (Faire rans 10-5).

Handicapped Parking

Handicapped parking was available in the lot of the Church of the Oblates of St Joseph on West Cliff Drive and in front of Gateway School at 126 Eucalyptus Avenue.

Public Transportation

Santa Cruz Metro buses #19 and #20 both stop at the corner of Bay St and West Cliff Dr, which is a five minute walk from Gateway School. Click here to see the route maps and for other information.

Attendees were encouraged to ride bikes or walk to the event! We had plenty of on-site bike parking for their convenience, but asked ppl to bring locks.

Companion Animals

We at the Santa Cruz Mini Maker Faire love our companion animals, and therefore for their safety and well-being please leave pets at home. There are loud noises, many moveable parts and large crowds at the Mini Maker Faire, all of which do not create a safe environment for pets.

Rain Policy

Rain or shine the show went on! Fortunately many of the events were covered or inside. Rain or Shine. No Refunds/Exchanges. Tickets cannot be replaced.

What can I expect?

To have the time of your life! You’ll be surprised and intrigued with every corner that you turn.
